Your mission

We’re looking for talented, independent and curious minds to join our growing team. BrainOps's developers are independent, results-driven and self-organised individual contributors who work together as part of a distributed and agile team. In this role you will play a key part in designing, building, testing and maintaining high performing AI/ML powered software. You will stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices, contributing to our culture of continuous learning and improvement.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has AI experience, with a focus on developing applications using LLMs
  • Has strong programming skills and good understanding of Python best practices and of RESTful APIs
  • Is familiar with version control tools such as Git
  • Is familiar with Development Tools such as Jupyter Notebook, PyCharm or VSCode
  • Is familiar with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector DBs, and Prompt Engineering
  • Is familiar with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
  • Has working knowledge of DBs such as MongoDB
  • Has working knowledge of Docker
  • Is open to innovate with new technologies and enjoys tackling complex challenges in an Agile environment
  • Is confident in working with customers
  • Has an advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, preferably in Artificial Intelligence
  • Shares our passion for sustainability 💚

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying ML models and applications
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript/React)
