Your mission

BrainOps's developers are independent, results-driven and self-organised individual contributors who work together as part of a distributed and agile team. In this role you will play a key part in designing, building, testing and maintaining the BrainOps automotive copilot, helping teams around the world increase their impact and accelerate innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable AI solutions with high business and technical impact. You will develop and maintain intelligent agents and workflows. You will stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices, contributing to our culture of continuous learning and improvement.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has AI experience, with a focus on developing applications using LLMs
  • Has strong programming skills and good understanding of Python best practices and of RESTful APIs
  • Is familiar with version control tools such as Git
  • Has experience with Development Tools such as Jupyter Notebook, PyCharm or VSCode
  • Is familiar with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector DBs, and Prompt Engineering
  • Has experience with Generative AI agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph and LlamaIndex
  • Has working knowledge of DBs such as MongoDB
  • Has experience with building and maintaining data pipelines for reliable model inputs
  • Has working knowledge of Docker
  • Is open to innovate with new technologies and enjoys tackling complex challenges in an Agile environment
  • Is confident in working with customers
  • Has an advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, preferably in Artificial Intelligence
  • Shares our passion for sustainability and continuous learning 💚

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying ML models and applications
  • Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning
  • Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs and Graph RAG
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript/React)
  • Experience in automotive projects is not mandatory, but can be a plus
